Do you have a lot of free time, extra money, and love terrible results? Hire Sears Home Transform. They sent an entirely unskilled person to install our shower. A 2-day job took 4 days. A reorder of parts was necessary to reinstall the shower. 10 months later after MANY appointments to see the previous work (these were supposed to be the reinstall but the men would just look at the old job and leave, we had 3 same-day cancellations) they finally sent capable people. The original wall panels were not tall enough for the job (the 2 people who measured should have caught that) and the final install resulted in damage to the drywall which had to be covered in ugly trim. The wallpaper was torn away and now repapering the bathroom is necessary (a great expense). From beginning to end we were without a shower for 13 months. I had paid half down and was willing to lose that payment just so I could start over with another company. But they insisted that they had to finish and would charge us for the remaining balance. At least 10 days of lost work time were set aside for installation and appointments. People kept leaving the company and I had to call any number I could find online to reach someone to finish this project. The original scheduler was useless. The only people who knew how to do their jobs were the salesperson and the billing person. Figures. Do NOT trust this company with your home or time.

The guy handles the projects ( mine was a house full of windows/doors) Michael Bukowski is the rudest, nonprofessional person I have ever met. The window was broken, doors not showing up on time, and the slider screen missing were just some of my problems with them. Took 6 months to get some of my stuff installed. Still waiting for the slider screen and broken window to be installed. Windows were a lot smaller than what was in my house, to begin with, and the new windows had lots of filler and looks unprofessional. The biggest thing is he wanted payment on completion (still waiting on 2 things) and was not going to give me a receipt. Wanted me to give a check for almost 20g to outside contractors, but could not provide me with a receipt. So many inconveniences I could not name them all. Never will I ever use this company or recommend them to anyone. Looking to have siding done yet and you can bet I wont use Sears.

Do not use this company. This is the worse company ever! They did bathroom remodeling at my house and they mess up everything. They installed a new toilet and a few days later water was leaking from the bottom of the toilet to my laundry room downstairs, which caused my ceiling and inside of my drywall to develop mold. They installed the bathtub improperly so mold is growing from seems of the bathtub. They did not install a sink, or bathroom mirror according to the contract. This is a terrible company. Do not use this company! You will regret it! They deserve no star.

Terrible product - A/C system broke within three months - blue Dot advises factory defect -can not get anyone to make this right in the middle of this horrible heat wave! Handicapped household!! Buyer beware!

We had this unit installed December in 2019. It has not worked consistently since installed. Every year we have had to have someone come out because we either have no heat or no air. We never received a contract or warranty and when I called and emailed, I get a runaround, and now the contractor who installed the unit says he does not work for them anymore. I do not know what else to do. The good thing is I have proof of payment for the unit and a contract change that several people had to sign off on.

Do not hire them. You will regret it. Maybe someone from the company will return my call if I post this review.

I had my cabinets refaced & new countertops- the work was beautiful but look out if you need them after. My sister-in-law and myself had to have repairs done and they will not call you back - I have been calling for weeks, you only have one number to call and they just keep telling you someone will call. Horrible customer service!!!

I had a new central AC installed and it never worked right. It does not cool my tiny home, which is very upsetting. I had the techs look at the job, and they did their thing, but it still did not cool the house. Now I am blocked from email and phone contact with the salesman who sold me the unit!!! Transform Home Improvement should be avoided.

We had them install a new AC system into our home. The people who did the actual install did an ok job. Was fairly quick and painless. However, they did a terrible job cleaning up after themselves. They left garbage in our yard and debris in our basement. They also never actually tested the system to make sure it worked. The customer service is HORRIBLE though. Now almost 3 months later, I am playing phone tag with them to try to get them to actually come out and make sure our system is set up properly. We are paying hundreds of dollars per month for a AC system that currently does not function. I should also note that **phone tag** isnt the correct term, since that usually requires at least 2 people. I have called and emailed and have never received a single response in over 2 weeks. They clearly only care about getting your money and just abandon you as soon as that is done. Their warranty/service agreement is meaningless if they dont actually acknowledge your issues.

This company guaranteed their work but after the installation was complete, we have had to call them out twice to fix the same leak. I called today for the same reason and the representative (Reese) hung up the phone. Please do not hire this company to do work. They cut a hole in my roof to install the pipe for the new HVAC unit for almost $10,000 and it has leaked since installation. They have patched it a couple of times, but it continues to leak and has ruined the ceiling of the closet it was installed in as well as the leak is ruining the closet floor. The rude customer service is ridiculous.
