The job for us was to stop the flow of water from a ditch beside our house which was spilling water over into a swell each time it rained. Dani did a wonderful job of putting in drains, boxes, river rocks and grading our property. He kept us informed each step of the process and we knew what he would be able to do and what we should expect from his work. Since the completion of the job he has come back by just to check to see if we have any questions and that everything is going well. From day 1 Dani came out and explained everything that needed to be done and what the expense would be. They showed up on the day scheduled, worked tirelessly until the project was completed, and explained things as they went. When the encapsulation was complete, Dani came back by and explained to us how the system worked and made sure it was running correctly. Every step of the process was done as promised, very efficiently, and it was like they were never there as far as cleanup. I would Highly recommend this company to anyone. This is the second time I have hired a drainage contractor. The company before Sealtech buried about 50 concrete pavers in the trench while I was away at Lowes. Needless to say I did not call them back. Sealtech sent a three man crew out. They dug up the sod (Bermuda) and saved it to put back. Then they hand dug a trench about 200 feet. They cut out four feet of concrete very neatly, then installed a 4-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe (the thick stuff), not the corregated black junk. They captured one gutter and installed a drain basin where water would mass during heavy rain. The crew did not damage any utilities during the entire process After they filled in the trench and placed the sod back you could hardly tell anything was done. I can say I am highly satisfied. I cannot wait for the first heavy rain.

SealTech installed drainage in our backyard. We had gotten two quotes but get that Dani (owner) was more knowledgeable and professional so we went with them. The crew got done in two days and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Also, there is a five year warranty on the work. Highly recommend this company.

French drains were put in my yard from one end to the other and around the side -- a big area that was holding water and ruining my lawn. Dani was very knowledgeable and accessible. He and his crew were professional and courteous. The crew cleaned up everything as they went along. It looks great but more importantly, it works great.
