Mike and Austin did a great job. Despite the unforseen obstacles they encountered while doing our windows and patio door replacements, they completed the job on time and everything looks and works great! They did all the negotiations with our insurance company, good communication throughout the whole process, respectful and professional. We are very happy with the job and would highly recommend.

I reached out to the contractor and the communication was excellent! He was able to translate my ideas into an actionable plan and execute the build within the allotted timeframe. During the process, my asks continued to evolve and change and he communicated the impact on the project timelines when necessary. That is more important than many people will realize. As a business, a delay in the timeline can be costly. Historically, my experience with contractors has been hit or miss with more on the miss side. But thankfully that wasn't the case with SCS.

Prompt and great communication

He came when expected, looked the job over, asked me some questions concerning the job and gave me an estimate. When I agreed to hire him after I asked a few questions he left to purchase the supplies he needed for the job and sent me an invoice via QuickBooks. I accepted the invoice and paid via Debit card and he completed his part of the job that day and the stainer finished the job the following day. I was pleased with the job and the prompt- ness and it was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Scotto who seemed to be well organized and kept me informed as we proceeded. I would definitely use him again.

Mikes did an excellent job. He did plumbing, electrical and plastering. He even stayed within the estimated price for the work. Very nice gentleman and will use him in the future when needed
