I had 2 slow leaks in my CPVC piping which caused mold over time. I had to have a bathroom vanity and drywall removed to get rid of the mold. I hired a company called MoldGone to remove the mold. They then recommended Schrepple Construction to do the remodel and put things back together. Schrepple Construction replaced the drywall and textured and painted it. They also replaced the vanity, sink and countertop in the bathroom. I also had them replace all of the CPVC piping with new Pex Piping throughout the house. Schrepple Construction did a great job in a timely manner. They also cleaned up nicely. Everything looks like new again. Mike Schrepple followed up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Great customer service. I would highly recommend Schrepple Construction for any remodeling needs. They are a General Contractor, so they take care of everything from start to finish.

Michael also had custom railings made for us. My husband has mobility issues, due to Parkinsonâ s Disease and we needed several custom railings made so that he can move through our home more independently. Michael also had a railing constructed for our outside patio, so that he could get to our back yard. I want to list all the issues Michael took care for us. 1) Custom railings 2) tile replaced on our patio 3) garbage disposal replaced and leak under kitchen sink repaired 4) Water softening system 5) New duct work in garage running off our air conditioning system to cool a closet in the garage that hold medical supplies 6) leak outside from main water source area 7) electrical repair, moving sconces to another wall, then dry wall and painting both areas 8) electrical outlets 9) replaced trim around doors 10) repainted bedroom doors 11) replaced electric stove top 12) put in a reversed osmosis tank under kitchen sink Michael comes over to survey the job or jobs that need to be done, then in a timely manner sends his experienced workers to do the job. Michael also comes by to periodically to assure that the job is being done correctly.. At the end of the job Michael comes back to make sure the job or jobs have been completed yo his standards. His standards are perfection, His employees are friendly and trustworthy, and they can be left alone in your home if necessary. My husband has many Doctors appointments, we have had to leave our home with the workers here in our home. His employees clean up after each job and are so easy to work with. I am a perfectionist in my home, and Michael Schrepple and his employees understand my requests and needs. My husband and I have no complaints. If we did , we know Michael will have the job redone to our, and especially his specifications.
