Not only was his quoted prices very much value for my money / investment but he was also incredibly proactive from an advisory and vision standpoint. I closed on another property in NC and over a conversation he was able to make my vision into a drawing/Floorplan to maximize. In addition to that I have a property on the river and before I closed on the property the 1st person I thought of to help me in this project from inception to mov in is Ian. I hired Ian for my home remodel project and couldn't recommend him enough!! I purchased a house that needed many renovations to create the open concept I wanted. With an expert eye for open concepts, he seamlessly identifies which walls to knock down, how new rooms will look and flow into one another, and which materials and colors will bring your vision to life. His recommendations for exterior design makeovers are equally impressive, transforming the entire property into a cohesive masterpiece. His talent for turning dreams into reality is truly uncanny! They did everything from the demo, knocking down and reframing walls, tile inlay, trim, drywall, painting, and building a custom closet and beautiful barnwood door â you name it, they did it all and EXCEEDED expectations! Even after the job, I hired Ian to help with handyman projects, including fan installation, replacing outdoor light fixtures, gutter cleaning/repair, and more. I cannot recommend him enough! His ability to visualize my dream home and follow through beyond expectations is simply amazing. He is professional, honest, and incredibly easy to communicate with and reach. His friendly demeanor and expert recommendations consistently exceeded anything I could have imagined, all while keeping me under budget.
