The work. Robert did was very good, and he even fixed the grout behind kitchen faucet this was not on the original work order and he did this at his own cost. I will recommend him at any time.

Vincenzo fabricated and installed a very unique countertop configuration that took precision and artistry. It included a very heavy semicircular counter that involved using the laws of physics and an innovative solution to create the beautiful, yet sturdy counter. Everyone loves the unique countertops he installed. My friends hired Vincenzo after seeing my kitchen. They love the countertop he crafted for them. He adds a special touch of a granite coterie board as an unexpected and enjoyable bonus. He is the best there is in Southern California. You will love his work.

Very disappointed. I hired this company to replace tiles, but he did not do the tile replacement, which was the primary task for which he was hired. When we disagreed, he used rude and abusive language on the phone with me.

Robert, from Sasso Bello came to our home, reviewed the issue and told us hed get back with us the next day with a quote. We received a fair quote the very next day and agreed to move forward with repairs. Robert did a great job, cleaned his area when done as best he could. I would strongly recommend Sasso Bello for any job with damaged tile.

Sasso Bello did a great job. The color matching for the grout and caulk was great. I appreciated the education on where caulk and grout should be properly use and the proper typing of caulk to the location of the job. I would happly recommend them.

If you are matching grout for a repair job, be prepared to buy the grout yourself, after you determine a matching color.

Hi Sheila, this is not a fair review after we accommodated you on all your request for service. You asked for us to come because of the urgency to get your house on the market. So we placed you on our schedule a couple days after the call when everyone else waits for over a month of service. In addition, we match the grout on all jobs when we come to your home but again since this was an urgent job and we couldn't get to you to see the job, we manged all the details (minus color matching) over the phone. This left us to match the grout on the day of service when we arrived. We asked, not required, you to pick up the grout in order we could help each other move along the job. I wish you would have mentioned this when we arrived, we would have gone to pick up the grout too. We thank you for your business and wish you all the best!
