I had what I thought should be a simple and straightforward glass replacement after a hailstorm cracked the overhead slanted double pane on my cantilevered planter window box. 4 glass companies explained to me why it was too dangerous to even attempt to replace the glass and that the only option was to spend over $2,000.00 to replace the entire window box. Jet glass sent an estimator who came to my house, spent 10 minutes measuring and sent me an estimate of $189.00 two days later. Within two weeks 2 guys from Jet Glass came by and installed a custom double pane window to replace the old one in less than 20 minutes. Perfect!

This company is defunct. They had replaced windows for us in the past so based on that great experience, we hired them again for a smaller project. They came to take measurements and charged a 50% deposit. Didn't hear from them for weeks so followed up and was told parts needed were on back order. Waited a few more weeks, still on back order. A few days later, the office called and set an appointment weeks in the future. Didn't receive a confirmation call the night before the appointment. No one showed up during the appointment time. Called the office and every extension went right to voicemail. Called all the cell phone numbers on the website, straight to voicemail. Sent emails, no return. Stopped by the office and watched a man wait outside for a moment to be let in. Knocked on the door minutes later, no answer (the man was still inside as his truck was still parked outside.) The office phone number is now disconnected. They stole my 50% deposit with no explanation.
