It took a bit longer than I had hoped. It also seemed a little overpriced. I didn't get a good picture of the labor involved for the money I was paying. This fact made me feel like I was being overcharged. They were available though and they did have good customer service.

My wife and I found them reliable, flexible, on time, within budget (allowing for normal cost overruns) and delightful to work with. We would happily reuse them and have recommended them to other folk who live in our condo development.

We hired Santech to perform a full renovation on our property in Society Hill. We have had a great experience with Santech. They have performed above our expectations. Their whole team has been very professional, always done what they've said they'll do. Nati and Shimon are very reliable, they were always on time and flexible with our changes (we had quite a few during the project :). They have a great customer service and pleasant attitude. They are easy to reach (unlike other contractors) and always return my calls promptly. We highly recommend Santech and will be using them again

I fully support Santech Construction. I originally hired Santech to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms. During initial construction they found structural problems with my house and came to my right away to discuss my options. Santech ended up rebuilding my house save the facade. It was a huge job. Santech made sure every looked great, even above my standards. I believe they increased the quality of my home exponentially. I just moved back into my house and I am loving it! I would definitely use Santech again. Nati and his staff are all very personable and accommodating, often spending extra time with me and are basically a great group of people

I highly recommend anyone to avoid using Santech Construction at all costs! We made a huge mistake hiring them and now we have to figure out how to end the contract with them before the project is completed and have to find someone else to fix the damages they caused. Nati is the worst contractor you can imagine. Their work caused a water leak into our neighbor's house and we got call from neighbors close to midnight. We were all freaked out and called nati right away, what we got for return is his cursing and screaming and saying "he does not work for us", which is not true. They claim "customer is always right", but never acts that way!

Did what he was contracted to do in a professional manner. Any problems were taken care of immediately. Two items on a punch list were taken care of the next day.

Co-owners Nati and Simon were quite possibly the friendliest and most genuine contractors I had ever encountered. Both were extremely knowledgeable, suggesting multiple solutions for repairing my current damage and preventing any future damage. The pair came out themselves to give me a free, and very fair estimate, which I ultimately accepted and submitted to my insurance company. Once I gave the go, they were off running, and finished my work incredibly fast. Their team was always on time, and actually came in under budget. The finished product looks even better than it did before the storm. Highly recommend!

Santech was a pleasure to work with. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. The price was fair and the work was done on time and without excuses. We worked as a team and the resulting renovations are beyond my expectations. They are problem solvers, which I appreciate and they helped make some almost impossible things happen in a timely and cost effective manner. I have already recommended them to some friends.
