Sanjur Construction

Highly disappointed in the character and end results of Sanjur Construction. I want to start off by saying they are extremely personable and nice. If they would have just done the right thing then maybe I would not be making a review at all. Although, no matter what I would not be comfortable leaving them a favorable review. This could easily be a 1 star review especially if you knew everything but I will leave them a 2 star rating. I believe that is being generous. We ended up paying more than I would have if I would have gone with a more reputable company. The initial quote was decent and we pretty much stuck with it. We had some extras we had to pay, but I believed that was reasonable. We had a payment schedule that they did not follow and asked for more money as the job went on. I even gave them a smaller job in the process of the big job to keep money flowing in their pockets. We got in too deep with them and in the end I owed them very little money which made it impossible for me to fire them from the job.  This was for a fence, deck extension and small front part box project. We ended up paying more with them than a big name company. TO BE CLEAR my backyard looks worse than when they originally started the project. We had some rock we said they could use for filler and they ended up digging up my whole backyard (guess who has to pay to fit that issue. It's me again). I cannot even use my ride-on lawnmower on the entire property because they destroyed access to locations. The concrete they did pour and paint started to chip and was supposed to be a part of touch up. The timeline we were originally set was 3 to 5 days to complete my deck project. The project took over a month and they still have not completed the finishing work so technically they are not done. Once they got their final payment I have not seen them since. They are 100% paid and have not attempted to complete the work. That is my issue. I trusted them and gave them the opportunity to come make this right. It has been over a month and more like two months since they "finished." It was hard to get a text back once they got all their money. Once I did finally get one text back it was them asking for some time to get back over to do the repair and touch up work. As I post this, that was over a month ago. Of course they didn't need more time to cash my check but to finish fulfilling the contract I guess they need time. Now I am left with an incomplete at best on the border line of BAD product left to me.

10 stars for the value of money!! 5 is not even close! This is a great contractor and very affordable compared to other contractors! This company beat other contractors by thousands of dollars yes thousands! I am completely satisfied with the work done at my residence and I highly/strongly recommend! This company, weà ¢à  à  re transparent if a issue happened, they communicated directly to me or wife. I will be , using them, for remodeling a half bath to a full one. The worker, they truly worked, their butts off. All , have knowledge of what needed to be completed . The contractor, explained what and how the job would satisfy both wife and I. Great Customer Satisfaction!

Adolfo was great to work with. Very responsive and great value. I will be using him for future projects. I highly recommend! Hired them to redo our walk in shower and he was by far the best priced and did a great job!

Very good at calling and following up during the entire process. Best part he showed up when he said he would and made sure I was happy with progress and quality of work

The contractor was upfront and communicated throughout the process. I was satisfied with the work and hope to hire them for future projects.

First, he changed my mind about my original plan. His plan was way better. Not only was his price better, but the quality and detail of the work was far better. They showed up on time and kept me updated with progress. Wife loves the deck. Itâ s bigger than she expected. Will be doing more work with them. Wish I could post a photo. Unbelievable work.
