Tanya Seda the office manager is absolutely wonderful. She immediately sent me their state licenses, certifications, third party testing guarantee, an extensive list of references, curriculum vitae, etc. She is very knowledgeable and scheduled taking samples immediately, upon our decision to select them.. Their pricing is reasonable and about in the middle as compared with other companies. Armando the technician who came to take the samples is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. As he explained the prevention and remediation needed to address our situation he understood that we had begun some of the remediation and could complete it ourselves with their guidance. He also explained their patented Active Pure air and surface sanitizing systems, when we asked about UV sanitizing options for inside the recreation hall to help us sanitize for Covid. Tanya Seda sent us all the information on their systems immediately upon our request. These Active Pure air and surface systems are far superior to UV options. We definitely made the right choice by choosing Sani Effects Enviormental.

Exceptionally professional!! They kept us well-informed through out the process and did a terrific job clearing and cleaning mold. Air was sanitized throughout the house. Would highly recommend to anyone needing mold remediation.

Mr. Armando Martinez did an outstanding job on removing the Mold and cleaning and disinfecting. Very professional job, very thorough and clean up was excellent.
