Addison promptly responded to my inquiry about removing/installing a bathroom faucet and was able to do the job 2 days later. Sanders was easy to schedule, arrived on time (he even gave a courtesy reminder call). He first surveyed the things I wanted him to do, looked at each, gave me a ballpark estimate, then went out to get the necessary parts. He returned quickly and completed both jobs - each turned out more complex than we originally thought. Addison was friendly and efficient. I give him an unqualified recommendation and would recommend him to my friends.
