S and A Home Maintenance and Repair Trustworthy - honest and fair! Scott and Andrea are great people. A good team. Scotts very skilled and experienced. That is what has shown up every time I have gladly hired them. They have repaired and rebuilt my deck. Remodeled my fence/multiple gates and created a storage area to conceal my refuge bins and wheelbarrows. That doesnt sound like much, but this was all done to blend with the 18 year-old existing. This (his work) made it look like it was always there and that way! That is what I wanted. That is what he delivered. This was on top of a brand new concrete slab (Not his doing) that was off from being perfect by enough to require his skills to make it look straight and right (it wasnt). He did that beautifully! He also has done work for me such as: building a generator storage shed (with a shingled roof) to match the house and its new roof shingles, mount safety bollards, wheel stops for my boat and multiple fence support posts and post brackets all to the new concrete. He has also removed and replaced my master bath toilet. His work and diverse skill levels are fabulous! I noticed a review that implied issues at one point. They are reliable, fair, and experienced. They were very responsive. I would trust them for other projects as well.

S&A Maintenance & Repair were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated daily. Removal of old fence & installation of new fence took less than a week and I couldn’t be happier with the end results.

I spoke with Scott and Andrea over the phone about what happened to my fence and they knew exactly what I was talking about. Got the quote. They gave me a day and time that they would be out and stuck to it! I showed up from work and the fence was done! Great job!!
