San Diego Roof Inspection

Exactly what I needed! I wanted an honest opinion on the usefulness of an older roof. Since they only complete inspections, with no insentive to try to upsell me on repairs or replacement, I got the information I needed to make a decision on a home purchase. Very speedy response and arrival. I would hire them again anytime.

Rick arrived on time. I explained that during wet weather we could hear a dripping from our bedroom, but no signs of water ingress on the ceiling, and we thus wanted an inspection performed before the wet season started. He advised that he would do a thorough inspection of our roof and provide an Inspection Report with photographs of any areas needing attention. Rick subsequently completed the inspection and showed us the photographs - it was clear that there were a few problems to be addressed. We subsequently received the promised report with pictures, together with an estimated remaining life of the existing roof. We did not need a new roof - just repairs to certain areas which were clearly visible in the photographs. This easily enabled us to have the repairs addressed. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Rick and San Diego Roof Inspection.

Rick made time, on his day off, to inspect my newly installed roof. We communicated by phone and text and he arrived on time. He explained the different aspects of what is required to determine the quality of work and interacted w our solar installer, verifying that things were being done correctly. Great experience that I highly recommend.
