They did not call before arriving. They were hired because they said they could complete the job the same day. Except when they arrived the tech did not have all the tools he needed so he had to come back the next day. And not first thing in the morning but at 4:00. They also walked out with two sets of our pliers that they asked to borrow. They did not clean up afterward. All around a poor job.

I was quoted $180 on the phone when I told them specifically what is needed to be done. When they came to the house, they told me $250. The part, dishwasher intake valve, costs $30 and it took them 10 minutes to install when they told me 40 minutes. So I was charged $230 to install a $30 part and for being in my house for maybe 20 minutes. I definitely would not use them again.
