My husband and I recently got the foundation of our home done and checked out. We looked all over the internet for foundation specialists to take a look at our home and to get the cracks fixed. We found Sage Builders Inc. after some time of searching. They came for an initial estimate which was free, quick, and easy. We later decided to go with them to do the job, and it went by super smooth. They finished in just under a week and we hardly even noticed they were there. They were very quiet and respectful of the home and of our privacy and I really appreciated that. This was overall a great experience and I am very satisfied with our choice of going with Sage Builders Inc.

My experience with sage builders was overall positive. Josef came by our property, did an inspection, and gave us a fair price compared to other foundation repair companies did. Everyone me and my wife spoke to through out the work weâ re great and extremely helpful. We will most likely call Josef for any future construction plans. Thanks again

Earthquake retrofit is a little bit of a luxury but we have a beautiful 2-story Spanish revival home that would be shame to get lost in an earthquake, so we finally looked around for contractors. There is a list of contractors on the California Earthquake Authority (CEA) website. We had 2 estimates from that list and we found Sage Builders through Homeadvisor. We choose Sage Builders and our experience with Joseph from Sage Builders was very good and professional. The project started on-time and was completed within 3-days with city inspection completed 2 days later. There was always clear communication, we got pictures of work progress/finish and Joseph was always responsive and reachable via cell-phone for any questions. In addition, we had a minor/moderate issue with one of our beams and Sage Builders took care of this as well. The price was very competitive compared to the other offers and right in the expected range that is posted on the CEA website for earthquake retrofit, plus since it also included some foundation strengthening, Sage Builders offer was very reasonable and good compared to the estimates we received from 2 other foundation contractors. We are very happy with overall process and recommend Sage Builders to anybody considering retrofitting or foundation works. We will definitely consider them for future projects.

They did an extra bit of work for me! Like hanging blinds and were very kind about these little tasks. I enjoy being quarantined in the house that they built!
