We could not be happier with the finished job of installing ceramic floor tiles in our bathroom. Very prompt, good communication and customer service. Ben and his team are a pleasure to deal with and if you want value for money and a great job then this is the team for you.

On time and cleaned up their mess

He started installing the hardie boards without checking the level or flatness of the walls. There were 1/4? spacers need on one stud. He made the shower mud too slurry and did not follow the manufacture procedure of semi-dry for packing. He poured the mud into the pan. There was too much slope and the curb looked like a roller coaster. I asked him how to fix the voids and said thin-set will fill in the gap. The problem is that the thin-set should only be used to glue the tile to the pan not to be used to fill in voids. The max thickness for thin set is 1/4?.

They were prompt, worked hard and efficiently and were also personable so it was a pleasure to have Benjamin De La Rosa and his crew work on our decking.

Did an ok job sealing my deck and fixing two leaks. The paint they used did not come close to matching the original and the leak reemerged less than a year later in the two spots they supposedly fixed. I cannot get in touch with Ben to come back out.

They did an awesome job, they are friendly patient and explained everything to me.
