    Very pleased with initial contact of this company and working to set up service. The service was quick and we have had no issues with any bugs entering since. The only feedback I have is that I was told the pest prevention spray would be completely inaccessible to dogs/pets, but it was very clearly wet and accessible for about 2 hours after service. Thankfully we asked the man completing the service and he told us we needed to keep dogs clear of any and all sprayed areas until completely dry. Overall pleased with experience.

    The company website says RODENT CONTROL as one of the services they provide. So called them out to check my attic because we sold our house and the inspector said there were rodent droppings in the attic. Jason or Justin, not sure of the correct name, went into the attic for less than 5 minutes and said "yes, you have old droppings" and charged me $125. for a service call. I could have told him that because we had mice several years ago. So where is the CONTROL of the rodents as stated on their website? They did not close up the entrances where they came in or do anything to prevent them from returning. I called the office and Denise answered and I told her I wasn't happy and wanted a partial refund because they did not provide me with the service I expected, as per their advertising. She said she would talk to her Vice President and call me back...but you guessed it, she never did! So I paid a high price for service I never received! Poor business practice....will not recommend!

    They came out for a inspection and the guy knew exactly what he was looking for. He was also very knowledgeable about termites. He recommended that we treat outside to kill the colony of termites and prevent them from coming into our home. The following week they came on their scheduled time and did the treatment. If I ever have any issues I will be sure to contact them.
