The truck driver collected more than half of the money which was about $700 in New England, when I tried to get my stuff in Florida they wanted me to pay another $3000. They took my stuff because I said that was a scam and I was not paying that.
Very professional, quick to respond, accurate pricing
The estimate given was very low so I got sucked in. They acted as if I had been had been hinting things in our virtual estimate. They charged triple the estimate. It took three weeks for the furniture to get here and there was one young man and and older man who said he could not carry much because he had a bad arm. They arrived at 5pm and worked until 5 am, I am 76 and not well and fell asleep on the sofa. They brought the rugs in last and could not unroll them because there were boxes. Three floor lamps that were stuffed into one box with two original oil paintings worth thousands were broken. There were huge nicks and gouges in most of the large wood furniture pieces. One hand made wood plant stand was broken and the mover said you can fix that with wood glue. My bed was not fully assembled and one part was broken.Broken glass on framed prints and much other broken glass Never never use this company. Worst move in my entire life. Worst company that I have ever come across
Horrible company crooks, wrapped things so much just to use up lots of tape, cardboard, boxes and shrink wrap so that they could charge extra for everything. Took apart an antique lamp and then couldnâ t put it back together, tried to tell me it was like that. Family heirloom ruined. Then after they delivered, had to make them finish putting things back together. Wouldnâ t remove boxes unless I paid extra. Then demanded cash for a final huge payment. Said they forgot their credit card reader. Look at the reviews on line for Royâ s moving service. I donâ t think you will ever want to refer them again. I ended up spending almost 10,000 dollars for an estimated 3,500 dollar job. Horrible.
I asked whether they do the moving themselves or contract it My contact, Will Maudlin, simply lied to my face. Day of moving, Royâ s Moving showed up. They worked very hard and efficiently. Only when the goods arrived, on a Sunday, did they tell me I had to pay in cash or they would take my belongings back to the warehouse, several states away. It was extremely difficult and humiliating to get (borrow) that much cash on. Sunday. Then after we pause, we discovered that they didnâ t even move all our belongings. So we had no leverage, and low and behold, it took several weeks, many calls, very few callbacks, before we finally got the remainder of our things. The actual workers were excellent. The business and customer service people put us through an awful and stressful experience. It was awful.

The price that was quoted turned out to be highly underquoted when the movers arrived the prices was doble and they asked for $400 in cash before to start we were not told cash will need it at pick up, movers arrive 4 hrs late and the backs were already close, locky we have enough cash. there were two days ship, they agree to have 24 hrs prior but the movers arrive two days airly and he was unable to lodd stuff into the house we need to porches storage facilities many items were missing or broken, boxes were crushed, we reach out customer serves and we have not received a response yet
Jeff and his crew were amazing. They pack and cover furniture really well.
