Reviews
Write a ReviewStill waiting for the documentation of the repair for my insurance company, but otherwise great service. Quick service. Detected problem quickly and devised a solution for a construction defect.
Extremely pleasant to work with. Very courteous. I would have wanted more personalized details on my report tho. Seems that the wording was very vague and generic. They were very thorough with explaining things to me, I would've wanted that thoroughness written. I would definitely recommend them tho
It was simple, easy and they were able to answer all my questions.
Was helped by Lynn and Drew and I highly recommend them! They definitely took the time to make us feel at ease and like we got everything checked out thoroughly!
Great experience .
C&C had the best installation concept needing less intrusive work to set up a new mitigation system. Lynn and C&C are fully accredited and didn't require an upfront payment. You pay when the system is running and passes testing. As for cost, C&C was the lowest of three provider's quotes. Your missing the boat if you don't let thegive you m don't let them provide an estimate. MAB
Lynn was thorough in his inspection and provided excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable and well prepared and offered information on repairs and approximate costs. My client felt confident with his inspection and were happy that he took the time to answer all their questions.
They inspected a house that I was looking at buying, and I would 100% recommend them based on the work they did. I would never even consider using anybody else. They are just way too thorough.
Paid $200 for Asbestos testing. The guy was here for about 3 minutes. Left particles from the ceiling all over the place. Did not wear any kind of PPE besides a cloth mask. Did not take any precautions, you should take while handling possible asbestos which leads me to believe he did not think he was handling hazardous material and charged me just for fun. He even stated the materials look like they have the characteristics of asbestos. The test came back negative, FYI.
Invoice Lead / Asbestos Test $175.00 I am sorry you feel that way. I have never left " particles from the ceiling " on anything. The issue with asbestos is the fibers that attach to the interior of the lungs. Taking a sample of asbestos does not require a full Hazmat suit. I do believe that was a very good decision to have test done before the remodel of that room. I am glad for you that the test turned out negative.
Excellent service! Quick to respond and available for questions and detailed explanations upon completion.
