S.W. Contractors did an awesome job of installing our new floors! Tuscan Range Maple for the bedroom is a bold pattern, but Zane H.'s artistry in choosing which planks to use in what order was perfect. Zane even greeted my two dogs before starting work, so the dogs could see that this stranger in their home was a friend and not a threat. That was very considerate - less anxiety for the dogs and no distracting barking for me!

With so many options of flooring contractors out there how do you know if you have the right team. It's easy if you call SW Contractors because they ensure that the very best technicians will be installing your flooring. Not only that they send out a person to inspect your house first to ensure that the conditions are accounted for well in advance of the actual install. I found the guys who installed our flooring extremely communicative, honest and trustworthy. They made me feel confident that what we were getting installed was the very best. They went out of their way to communicate any challenge well before it became an issue. These guys rock.

Complete new flooring installation of 2,000 sf home. End product is amazing. Everyone loves the new flooring. Though the home looked amazing when it was empty and after Aaron had installed new flooring … it looks even more amazing now that we have the furniture re-set and pictures hanging back on newly painted walls. Aaron installed all flooring without having to install a single transition strip. The home’s transformation is incredible. I would like to highlight what a terrific contractor Aaron West is. Not only professional, experienced, and hard-working, Aaron was phenomenal in dealing with my 84-year old mother-in-law. Aaron understood our flooring needs and took my mother-in-law's safety into account when getting every flooring plank to line-up and avoid the need to emplace transition strips. We could not have been happier with Aaron, his craftsmanship and kindness, and the overall flooring experience. We are so pleased we decided to go for a professional installer than following through with doing the project ourselves... money well invested.

Silvestre Gonzales and his partner Ramiro installed flooring beautifully in my house. The were extremely hard working. This is hard physical labor and they moved all day for two days. Extremely detailed and great cut work on mouldings. They cleaned up well and remained pleasant and attentive the entire time. Is definitely recommend them.

This is the second ti e we have had the flooring installed. The first contractor made a horrible mess. SWContractors showed up on time, stripped out the old flooring. The guys spent a long time laying the job out before even nailing down the first board. By the time they left at the end of the second day we had a beautifully installed floor.

I had tile and vinyl plank installed with SW Contractors. The price was very comparable to other estimates plus they accommodated my requests to fix and add other pieces of trim and baseboard. They were able to schedule the work soon after the estimate and completed the job early. Overall, did an excellent job, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
