1a. provider quoted 30gal water heater tank. 1b. customer received 29gal. 1c. and less efficient unit. 2a. worksite requires low NOx 2b. customer received non compliant unit. 2c. provider refuses to correct 3a. customer requested drain pan. 3b. provider presented with incorrect size and did not install 3c. provided no effort to obtain the correct size to install 4a. provider secured replacement unit with steel straps in contact with the gas line. 4b. customer requested relocation of strap 4c. provider has not responded.
