My roof is leaking even after returning twice to address the leak issue after two week of the first repair. We have been charged for both visits dealing with the leak. Gutters were also installed upside-down which they fixed right away. We were told they would be back after Fathers day to help diagnosis the leak which we feel has not been diagnosis correctly.

Sorry Lisa you feel That way we repaired you're roof that was falling apart and installed all new wood that your husband agreed on needed at a price we lost money doing for you But you did not want to pay For new gutter guards we can't keep coming out for free when it's something we told you needs to be done an has nothing to do with the roof installation? Your gutters will keep getting filled with the helicopter leaves from the big trees you have in the backyard Also last time we spoke you asked if we would come out after you take down the ceiling and diagnose the problem but Now we will not be doing any additional work for you We will honor

After submitting my request for pricing, I received an IMMEDIATE response, which in all honesty was a pleasant surprise. This company was extremely customer service oriented, professional, and whenever I had a question of any kind they immediately with care and patience responded. The work staff were on time and they made sure to clean up after their work area before leaving. I would definitely refer S&S if you are looking for a company that takes pride in their work, exhibits professionalism, and awesome customer service !!!!

The hospitality of Steve and the entire crew was great. The communication we had not only with the details of the job, but we talked beyond the work and I feel like Ià ¢à  à  ve found a company and a man of integrity. Excellent customer service, came next day, finished the repair in one day. Can't tell yet about the quality of the job until see if the roof will hold up the after rain. Same with the value for the money. They charged a lot for just 2 hrs job, but if the quality is good and they stick to the warranty then it's worth it.

To S&S Roofing, Came same day! 2 hrs later. Gentleman. Did job on Sept. 22, same day I called. Senior discount. Showed me pictures of work done, compared pictures with inspectors pictures. Job well done . Would recommend to anyone. Found on HomeAdvisor. Nice Gentlemen. Very polite, willing to work for,and with you. Good job, efficient, professionally done. Thank you RP
