Won't Honor Re-tenting Agreement! This company was called to tent our home for termites and what a disaster it was. First, they lost the key to our HOME!!! Because they need access to enter your home after the fumigation to test if the poison is still in the air, you have to give them a key to your home and the lost our key! Next, they miscalculated how long it would take for the poison to exit the house and we had to spend money on an extra day in a hotel, this wouldn't have been that big of a deal if they would have just let us know the total number of days that we needed to be away from home, but because they failed to do their job properly we then had to scramble to get an extra day at the hotel and had to move rooms and pay more than our original per night price for the last minute change. Lastly and most importantly, we have new termite damage and this company is failing to honor their retenting contract, which we paid for. Avoid them at all costs

After getting several quotes from other fumingation companies, Once I met Steve-I knew he was the one to do the job. Steve explained the basics of termite remediation and how the process works . He is very polite and returns texts & answers his phone immediately. Steve & his crew were very Professional & fast. I definitly will be using him again & highly recommend S&S Fumigation to any one.
