I highly recommend Homez Remodel. This is a newish company - theyâ  ve been around I believe 4 years and just merged and formed a new group of fellow craftsmen. So they are currently (itâ  s now 2/25/23) NOT booked way out so they are AVAILABLE. I had them tile my bathroom floor in short order and was so impressed. Paul is the project manager and he came out twice to make sure we were on the same page about how things would be done. I love their contract - itâ  s so good, Iâ  m going to demand the same commitments from my other contractors. Licensed, bonded and insured. They did the whole job in a little over one day and it was gorgeous. You have to know what youâ  re doing to work that fast and well. Very happy with this companyâ  s talent. AND they came in with the lowest bid. Very accommodating. They threw in a free new line on my toilet and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Communication was great although you have to go through the project manager because some of the workmen donâ  t speak very good English. These are Eastern European craftsmen! Paul tells me they do everything except foundation work.

Paul and his team are amazing! We use him for all general contracting projects for our property management company. They provide competitive pricing, amazing quality work, they are efficient and the best part is they update you through every step of the project. Paul's communication is unmatched with any vendor or other general contractor I have ever worked with before. 10 out of 10 Stars! Highly recommend!!

Homez Remodel demolished and rebuilt a full new kitchen for me and my husband. they were so helpful with giving us design ideas and even got us a 3D render to see how it would look like before they ever started the work! Paul was great he was very communicative and organized throughout the life of the project and his crew, Val and Roman worked very Will hire them to do my bathroom next!

Val and Bogdan did quality work finishing our basement (which included a new bedroom and bathroom). They accommodated our needs and the challenges/quirks of our old 1920s house. And went above and beyond sometimes - carried out our old washer/dryer and got the new ones down our basement stairs :o The small bumps in the road that came were handled promptly by Paul. We were given a detailed estimate and the work stayed within that estimate. Work was done well within the estimated time-frame (only some minor supply/delivery delays that were outside the team's control)
