Mr. Henderson did a fantastic job managing, communicating, and completing the project. Highly recommend and WILL use again.

Very Unhappy with the service and the job; It took multiple phone calls to get them to my house to do the job always an excuse. The deck was stained, and it did not adhere very well. I have continued to call and they continue to make excuses. Also, I was originally quoted a figure, and they kept coming back for more money to finish the job.

If I could give lower than 0.5 I would. I would NOT recommend this company. Mike Henderson was not prepared to do the jobs even though he came to see what needed to be done prior. He was two days late to start the projects after an agreed upon date. He was not prepared to do the tasks and borrowed and used our supplies, tools, etc. We are still having the SAME issues as before the projects, and he DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK QUALITY. So after having to pay him well over a thousand dollars, we are still where we started. He ended up charging us over double of other quotes we received, and he was NOT HONEST upfront with his pricing. We mailed him check to the address on the invoice that we received. This went to partner but then Mike contacted my husband to get another check, which my husband gave him a second check and MIKE promise to get the first check from his partner and return our original check. We did not understand why he could come and get another check from us but not get it from his business partner. AND NOW HE IS NOT RETURNING THE ORIGINAL CHECK. I am considering this as theft! Examples of the poor quality of work: exterior brick patch - color does not match and when I told him that I was not happy with the color match his reply was **did not I tell you that I was color blind** and then told me that I could get the paint to match and do it myself. Wait - is not that what we just paid him to do! Drifting doors still drift after he left. He stated that was the best he could do. I searched information and my husband and I were able to stop the drifting doors. Should have done this in the first place. So after MIKE HENDERSONs poor quality of work, we are now having to do the work ourselves or pay someone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON/COMPANY.

I would have given 5 stars for customer service if the installer had taken 2 minutes to blow out my garage. I made a point of telling him I had done so earlier in the day. He did take the box to the street when he saw me struggling with it—service and clean up means a lot to me. We take care of our property.
