This company is totally inexperienced!!! Building code violations were numerous!!! Workmanship gaps and crooked cuts in our outside deck to numerous to count (awful) again workmanship! I do not understand how Home Advisor can advertise companies as pros! Not this company! I would think HA WOULD DO SOME BACK GROUND CHECK ON COMPANIES SUCH AS THIS??? My wife and I paid them over 7000.00 to refurbish our deck.

Everything was done to code and we worked with what we had. When started the deck the floor joist were bad and out of level and guy would not replace them. Railing boards was installed in properly and we installed the new boards that was bad and re done the steps. Everything was to code. I have pictures to prove.

The flooring job was done with precision and expertise. They did not cut corners and every board was confirmed before it was installed. I was impressed how they clean up after they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having flooring installed.

We had our covered porch torn down and replaced. I felt they did a good professional job. We were asked to check the progress along the way. Everything was explained and our choice of materials was used. We really appreciated that the porch and yard were left clean at the end of each workday. We feel the price was fair for the work done. Would definitely consider hiring Thomas & Sons again.
