Silver Knights Flooring Restoration did a fantastic job on our tile. They cleaned and polished and then epoxy painted our grout. It looks like a new floor for a fraction of the price of replacing the floor.

We had our tile floors cleaned and restored by Bayron and his crew. Our dirty grout and worn tile is now immaculate and looks brand new - exactly as promised. A big plus was there was no down time and we could walk on it right away. The guys showed up on time and wee done within 5 hours. They moved all of the furniture, pulled the fridge and even did the coat closet. We were more than happy with the results. We were thrilled ! Highly recommend SKFR!

The technicians were timely, professional, and did a good job. The grout painting really helped the floor look clean. Cons- some water got underneath the divider between the kitchen tile and the laminate flooring, which made the laminate swell and the glue come undone. It has since dried and the damage isn't really noticeable. The other con is that, the areas of the tile floor that see the most usage (in front of kitchen sink & stove) still had small pockets of dirt compared to other less trafficked areas.
