We had to have new gutters on an old and three story house. They did an wonderful job--kept the area clean, and gave us beautiful gutters.

I was extremely enthusiastic to hire this pro despite the fact their estimate was significantly higher then the other estimates I got. I was truly impressed with Jose Cabreras presentation of the project and how he will tackle the problem and make it right. I had the understanding that roofing system would cover the gutter system and shingles that were on the roof in bad condition but I had to pay more to get the gutter system installed and even though I had to close one extra day of work and the work continued to be on going for on more day and my bathrooms vent systems do not work after the ceiling tiles change . I was shocked however that the interior work guys replacing the tiles did not cover any of my tables , chairs and other condiments to protect from unbelievable amount of debris and dust making us work three days constantly to clean and it is still work in process!! May be on your next restaurant job you can move it cover properly . Thanks for the work and waiting for the warranty of 10 years

Mr. Cabrera was very professional and showed up on time and was very reasonable with his pricing. His employees were also very polite and cleaned up as they went and did an excellent job! I will be happy to have them come back again if I ever need more work done.

I want to thank Jose Carbera for doing such a great job on my mobile home roof. I canâ t believe the difference. The before pictures were horrible. The after pictures , I couldnâ t believe that was my mobile home. Jose took time to explain to me everything that was to be done. The price he quoted was exactly what I paid. Thank you for everything you did for me. I would recommend you to anyone .

Simplex Roof Repair was a prayer answered! As a single woman, it can be difficult to find trustworthy, capable service providers who listen and take me seriously. Company Founder Jose Cabrera was all of that and more. Jose responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled a visit on MY first available date. I did not have a huge job, but Jose did not treat my work with any less urgency or importance than a bigger job. I had procrastinated on repairing roof, fascia and soffit damage from Hurricane Ida, and it was a month before the start of a new hurricane season. After meeting Jose and discerning that he was a person of integrity, I showed his some additional work I needed (terminate damage repair In the shed, patio light installation and mildew on the stucco and gutters), which he accommodated at a discount. Jose quoted me a very fair price, and within a week, all of the work was completed to my great satisfaction. There were a couple of punch list items, but those were remedied immediately. Of all the things I needed done, the thing that excited me the most was the renewed curb appeal from the soft washing of my house. It felt so good to drive up to a clean house! Not only did the team clean the stucco and gutters, per my request, but they threw in the roof and the stamped concrete on the patio. I cannot be more grateful to Jose and his team for the work they did and for the positive experience (for a change). I would not hesitate to call on him again. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who needs home repairs, renovation, roofing, etc., especially single women like me who are tired of being taken advantage of. You will not be disappointed!

I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this company. The owner is very knowledgeable and his team is experienced. They did a great job, explained what was done, provided before/after images taken with a drone of the roof installation, and cleaned up when they were done. They are a hard working team that gets the job done for an excellent value.
