We had hardwood flooring that had some termite damage so some boards needed replaced. Also, nail holes needed filled, all flooring needed sanded, stained, and polyurethaned. We also had a room that had ceramic tile cement on the hardwood floor. Jeff provided a fair quote, and Ben and the guys got to work on the project. They were very professional and nice to deal with. They worked on the project for 3 days. The result is incredible. What a transformation! I would recommend them to anyone seeking a contractor that is great to work with and does excellent work.

Great experience from start to finish. Quick and easy scheduling. Honest assessment and flexible with options for leveling out the floor in a very old house and installing new flooring. Excellent finished product with quick turnaround and reasonable pricing. Also appreciated the extra attention to detail and efforts to keep the rest of the house clean while working. Will definitely hire again for our next project.

They did an incredible job. Great attention to detail. Minimized the mess that comes with refinishing wood floors. They also expertly repaired parts of the floor.

Jeff/SEC exceeded my expectations. I was in Florida at the time and so arranged everything by text or email for a new home we has just purchased. I hired him strictly on all of reviews. (I admit, I it was a leap of faith!! But for a guy to get all 5 star reviews, I figured he must be doing something right!) Jeff started the job on the day he said he would (imagine that?!). He came every day(M-F) and he finished the 2 week job a day early. How often does that happen when a contractor is hired?!?? Hardly EVER! Because I was away, he offered to arrange with the former home owners when he could come to measure the upstairs floor where we wanted him to install all hardwood. The former owners described Jeff as â delightfulâ â and that gave me more confidence because I never met this man and entrusted him with a key to our new home! The work is flawless! The entire upstairs now looks like hardwood floors were installed when the house was built â -as was done in the first floor.. Jeff sanded the entire first floor hardwood and applied the same stain upstairs and downstairs. Jeff was so great in helping us choose which stain to use. He taped off 8 good-sized sections of wood on our floor and applied a different stain in each section so that we could compare them side by side. This was a huge help and after a phone conversation with Jeff we chose a color stain and it is exacty what we hoped for. When we got to the house all of the floors in the whole house were well swept and the floors were gleaming. There are so many little things that Jeff did that were not directly related to the floor installation. Too many to go into detail - but just know this is a hardworking ,man who strives for perfection in his work and succeeds. Stop looking and reading reviews. This is your guy!

We had new red oak flooring installed to match existing flooring during a kitchen remodel/expansion. Jeff and his crew did excellent work and our kitchen floor is now perfect! Excellent service, affordable, and would recommend SEC for any job! We plan on calling SEC for any future work to maintain our floors.

I had SEC services do a refinish of my old hardwood floor. My house was built in 1950 and and the wood had been under a carpet for many years. The removal of the carpet revealed a lot of stains and imperfections. The consultation was very thorough and the finished product turned out even better than I imagined it would have. Jeffâ s attention to detail and care for the finished product made my floor look brand new.

Jefff was excellent in explaining what was going on. I had annother contractor sceduled in the house that ran over time. Jeff moved his date later for us. He really was a no nonsence contractor. Our house looks like a new home. Each morning when I come down my stairs I am in awe of how it looks!

They came early and the worked all day, no nonsense. They were done with the large project within a week and even moved the furniture. He really went out of his way to make sure i liked this job and that it was done right. I was worried this project was going to be a nightmare, but it was nothing like that. The price was very reasonable. There was minimal inconvenience where i wasn't able to walk around my home.

Great work by Jeff and his team. Dean and Wayne are efficient and hardworking and eager to please. They did a beautiful job of matching flooring to the rest of the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a floor refinishing project.
