Eric is a very capable and knowledgeable computer technician. He assessed our Apple desktop and offered solutions as to how we could replace it. He also assessed and repaired deficiencies in our two laptops, eliminating problems that were making our daily computer use a nightmare. In addition, he has excellent people skills, ever being supportive of his customers. I highly recommend him.

Eric is kind and very knowledgeable. He gave me a solution that prevented me from probably having to purchase a whole new smart tv. Also he encouraged me to purchase some products to improve my overall wifi signal in my home, which also would help my issue of no wifi connection on my smart tv. So grateful for his expertise.

Eric from SBN is an outstandingly professional young man who really knows his business when it comes to TV's or computers. You could not get anyone more pleasant to work with and provides such terrific service in getting the job done. In addition, my smoke alarm started beeping when he was here, and he even used his own batteries to fix it and did not charge me extra for doing it. He cost is very reasonable and does a great job in solving your TV problem.
