SAP Patio Door & Glass Repair

I had a really bad experience with them, they replaced a glass and said do not touch for 24 hours. Then I had a different worker who came to discuss the window from another company, and he said, look the frame is broken. There was also glue on the window that had to be cleaned. When we cleaned the window, we could see that in both areas it is scratched. But that was a new glass. I reached out to the owner, and after several days he said, that he was sick. He said he would check it out, and then his girlfriend called me to say he left for emergency surgery. I felt bad, but was closing on the house and needed them to step yp. A worker who was using his cell phone said that they couldnt help me, and I probably scratched it. I threatened to tell the owner, and he had a different worker to call me. He seemed so nice, came over, cleaned the glass, and you could clearly see it was scratched. I asked for a refund or something and he said he couldn't help me. Weeks went by and nothing. Last week I texted the owner Ryan, and he did not answer me. I emailed him, and had no answer. So you decide the professionalism of that. I would never trust them again.

Very prompt and the work was done quickly and neatly. Will use them again if I need more glass replaced.
