I hired Santhos to complete my bathroom which included finishing the walls per our contract. After about 40 mins of work, he asked for more money, to cut approximately a 3 x 1 ft. piece of drywall to run electrical wiring. He is not cheap and requires a 50% deposit but doesnâ t supply materials other than joint compound. When I negotiated, his attitude changed negatively. His work was sloppy and unprofessional. He ignored an area by the bathroom door, leaving it visibly unfinished and simply painting over it instead of fixing it. The drywall and paint job was rushed, with visible blemishes and drips, and the caulking around the tile edges was poorly applied and painted over, as shown in the attached photos. Although he offered to return and fix the issues, he became unpleasant when I requested to hold some payment until the repairs were done. Ultimately I declined to have him back. Note: claims to be licensed & insured but his business is inactive on sunbiz.org since 2022.

santhos was more than excellent my first experience was a mailbox installation before i even closed the computer off he called to say he was 10 mins away asked what kind of mailbox and what color staed he would do it the same day went for the supplies and wsas right back i was so impressed that he called so quickly this week i needed my screen porch rescreened he called monday and was out thursday as promised did another excellent job santhos is the only way to go professional respectful knowledgable and much more it would take up more than this spacekudos to santhos i will highly highly recommend him you go santhos

I've used the following person for a couple of years now and can't say enough about him. He's painted multiple rooms for us, repaired lanai screens, repaired ceilings, and knock down plastering. He's now replacing bathroom sink vanities in my daughters condo, and has just replaced three bifold doors in her unit along with replacing floor molding. He has all around experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and so on. He's courtesy, prompt, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable.

Santos was very professional and efficient. He was on time at my house and did a fantastic job 👍. I will recommend him 100%. He was very approachable and payed attention to details. I am a very happy customer😃

Santhos came out to quote two jobs for me. He had some good sugestions and I was luckly enough, he was available to start the next day. He showed up, when he said he would with all the supplies we needed. He secured the oenings under my shed; to keep out the animals, and built a new ramp to the shed. He also vaccumed leaves and moss , from a large donation given to me, by my neighbors trees, off my artificial turf He is excellent handyman. He exceeded all my expectations. His pricing is fair. He's a real nice guy, and very his work is beautiful. P.S. He cleans up after himself. He'a a keeper!
