i LOVE these guys. it kinda feels like the customer service i used to get back in the 60's and 70's. there was a wind "storm" that came through my neighborhood a while back. i faired pretty good but about 25-30 shingles blew off. i called ruddy's and they showed up pretty quick. mister ruddy had knee surgery, so his son showed up. he told me the roof was ok except for the shingles that blew off. he didn't have the type or color of shingle i needed and told me he would return at a later time. (this is where the service goes from good to fantastic)....the son tells me he doesn't trust the weather and does some kind of temp job on that tarpaper stuff and says he will return. talk about a good call. i had three good rain storms before he returned for the repair. i got the before and after pictures. the price was fair and i couldn't be happier with the final outcome. FINALLY.....the trifecta of a business. price, service, and professionalism (and just basically fun folks)

I contacted Ruddys Roofing for an inspection of my roof and to repair a damaged shingle. When Jake Hargis arrived he was on time and very helpful. I explained to him that I had a damaged shingle that needed to it fixed or repaired. I also wanted the roof inspected for other damage. Jake stated that he would get his latter a get started. When he came back to the door he the shingle could be repaired. He also stated that there was no additional damage to the roof. I asked Jake when he could do the repair and he responded that he had every thing in his truck and he could do it now. Jake did great job on the repairing the. Shingle. He was polite and professional. He didnâ t try to sell me unnecessary repairs. Jake did an awesome job and I will use Ruddys Roofing in the future. Adolph Metcalfe

I learned of Ruddy Roofing via KLBJ radio advertisement. I called Ruddy to confirm his company could work on a standing seam metal roof, which he confirmed. I then explained the roof was located 2 hours west in the Hill Country. He agreed to drive out to survey the wind damage and to meet with the insurance claim adjuster. Ruddyâ s knowledge as a previous adjuster helped me greatly to identify additional storm damage of which I was unaware. In short, Ruddyâ s legacy in the roofing industry, follow-up, and knowing specific details was a great find for me. The project took 5 days to replace two roof structures totaling 6,700 sf using 24 gauge standing seam material. Ruddy managed the entire project onsite from start to finish. The craftsmanship of his crew along with the job quality was outstanding, including haul-off and clean-up. I highly recommend Ruddy Roofing â ¦ Scott, Mason County

Excellent father and son team. Jake was very professional and a very nice young man. He kept me informed as to when the repairs would be done and called numerous times when the "winter storm" hit this area. They arrived at the time I was told and was very thorough in making the repairs to my roof. I highly recommend Ruddy's Roofing.

Excellent Father son team !! Excellent communication before during and after the job! Excellent crew that actually took time to pick up trash and make certain site was better than when they started. Be prepared when they say 6:30am sho who and be a long wirk day they mean it !! Here spot on 6:30am and didnâ t leave until 8pm worked none stop hard core team !! Highly recommend Ruddy and son !!

MY WIFE AND I ARE ELDERLY AND WERE CONFUSED THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS AND FRANK AND JAKE WERE VERY HELPFUL BEFORE THE WORK STARTED. FRANK CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE 5 TIMES TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS TO US AND ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. ONCE THE WORK STARTED FRANK AND JAKE WERE ON THE JOB SITE UNTIL THE WORK WAS FINISHED. IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL RUDDYS ROOFING.

Very personable and professional and did not try to pressure me. The roof was started on time and finished ahead of schedule. It looks great! They went above and beyond by replacing some decking without charging extra. I highly recommend Ruddy s Roofing.
