Steve and his crew were prompt, friendly, and professional. His communication was excellent and his pricing is fair. Sod installation was very well executed, and the crew cleaned up and left the property immaculate after the job was complete. Would highly recommend Rovell Property Services, and would hire them back for sure!

We hired Steve and his crew do sod in our backyard and they did a wonderful job! Our job was not easy as we just had packed dirt from an excavation project, but it did not phase them. They took the time to weed wack, till the entire property, and ensure that they followed the pitch of our yard for drainage. On the day of install, the whole crew could not have been nicer. It was a HOT day and they kept checking in with us to let us know their progress and how to make sure we understood how to take care of it. In the end the sod looks GORGEOUS and we cannot wait to have everyone over soon. I would highly recommend Rovell Property Services to anyone looking to transform their space!

Laid sod in a small front yard. A few scheduling issues, but two great guys did the work quickly and well. I'd recommend Steve without reservation.
