David arrived in less time than estimated, immediately identified the problem for the leak, and made the repair in less than an hour even though he had to work in the crawl space and master bathroom. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and definitely an expert.

JT did a great job. He diagnosed the source of the leak, had the parts he needed to repair the toilet on his truck and completed the job within an hour. He was very personable and efficient. He was also very prepared to maintain social distancingand minimize any possibility of contracting and our spreading the virus in our household.

It was an emergency repair for piping underneath the crawl space for a pin hole leak that was seeping under vanity and seeping onto our wood floors. West located that leak along with another unexpected leak within a different side if the house!! Good Job! It was a bit pricey but it was a Sunday, an emergency and there was more plumbing repairs done than what was originally expected. But we are totally satisfied with the work completed. Considering some additional work by them as requested. Very reliable!!!

Bryan from Roto-Rooter was awesome. He was sympathetic to our emergency issue (on Thanksgiving weekend no less!), and took the time to explain what he would be doing to identify and resolve our issue. He was thorough, professional, very helpful. Super nice guy and the price was reasonable considering the holiday, etc. Very pleased with the entire service.
