I found my air conditioner broke down one spring day when initially turning it on. I called this company to find they sent someone out the very next day. He explained my issue and how to repair it. He scheduled an appointment which was convenient for my schedule. By the time he left, I turned my air conditioner on and left for about 30 minutes. When I returned home, I had to turn it completely off as it was way too cool in the house. I really appreciate the expertise and the exceptional customer service. Thanks a million.

I knew of Ivan's company for work he did for a client of mine. I followed my client's recommendation and I am glad I did. The project for me was installation of a tankless hot water heater. Turned out to be more complicated that anticipated, including a plumbing problem unrelated to the hot water heater. Ivan arrived as scheduled, completed the work, was very careful inside my loft, and cleaned up like no one had ever been there. And Ivan and his partners keep their good humor even when things get complicated, which makes having them around a pleasure. Cost for the work was more than fair.
