Kevin was an absolutely wonderful person to work with. He is professional, gracious, efficient, and honest. He was not the first person I had called to do the job and I had been quoted extreme numbers to do the job by other workmen. Kevin came in and gave me a reasonable quote and very quickly did the job that others were trying to tell me would require very extensive repair work. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I received a call back within minutes of my request for a quote and Kevin came out immediately. He was professional and personable and had my drain cleared quickly, despite it being a tricky clog to get to. My bill was exactly what he quoted and I will absolutely use them again.

Kevin did not stop at one pass through. He ran a second snake through to make sure it was clear. He patiently explained to me the location and state of the sewer pipe, and even performed a free camera inspection.

Kevin was very communicative and professional. He really worked hard on this project. I ended up replacing my Toto toilet because it was too hard to find replacement parts. We could get some, but not all, and I had to visit 2 different plumbing parts companies who gave me the wrong parts. Too much work that took too much time, but I learned a lot! I am SO glad that Kevin and his assistant, Herbert, gave me the option to replace. Thank you, Kevin, you will now be my go to plumber!

Kevin went out of his way to find a creative solution using his knowledge that no one else had considered and saved me a lot of money. He diagnosed that my degrading/corroded pipe was due to the interaction of metals and installed brass to transition between the other pipes. He was extremely nice and would definitely hire again.
