Approached by the agent representing Rhino Construction Roofing LLC advising he obtained my contact information and intended project from ANGI No business card was offered, even after being asked, no proof of authority to do business in New York City. No Proof of Insurance is offered. The agent inquired about the specifics of the intended projected. I explained that I had water in my basement that was coming from under the basement slab and the front vertical fieldstone wall requiring permanent sealing of some sort. The agent that his company could do that job and would require an excavating/ inspection fee running between $1,500.00 and $2,000.00. An agreement form was filled out and a 2-man crew began the excavation until the collection of rock and boulders were uncovered. Suddenly, a new price quotation was begun and the excavation was put on hold until a price was agreed upon.

The gentlemen workers were pleasant & respectful, very clean also

Had mould on the inside of my basement. Also have had a leak for the last couple of year on and off rhino was very professional on how they work always on time. Staff is very polite. Haven?t had no more water coming in and the mould is gone would recommend this company to anybody having basement problems thank you, Lewis and the team
