From start to finish, my experience with them was fantastic, especially thanks to Russ Khan! Russ Khan was an absolute pleasure to work with; He patiently answered all our questions, providing expert advice with a good dose of humor. His knowledge and responsiveness made us feel confident in choosing Home Pro. Then came the real test: we were not only replacing the roof on our forever home while simultaneously expecting a newborn! Russ went above and beyond to keep us informed throughout the entire process. Daily photo updates, detailed explanations of repairs (like fixing rotted wood), and handling city inspections – he took care of everything! The fact that the roof was completed to perfection while I was in the hospital for three days welcoming our little one speaks volumes. Russ and Home Pro removed all the stress from a typically stressful situation. I can't express how much I appreciate Russ's dedication and the peace of mind Home Pro provided during such a hectic time. If you want a hassle-free roof replacement, I wholeheartedly recommend Home Pro!

My home insurance was denied renewal because of roof condition. After obtaining several estimates, chose Home Pro Roofing and Solar. This was because of price & product. Glad I did as the Operations Director (Russ Kahn) very helpful with not just the job, but also the removal of solar panels and documentation needed for insurance renewal.
