I am incredibly grateful for the amazing job done by Roof Today on my Tacoma home! After dealing with leaks and deciding to replace my old asphalt roof, I chose a rubberized shingle roof. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free from the initial estimate. The team was professional and genuinely caring, communicating with me throughout the process. They were respectful around my new deck and took great care to protect my investment, explaining each step along the way. Working with the installers felt more like collaborating with friends, as their positivity and commitment shone through. They answered my questions and kept me updated on their progress, making me feel valued.

WORST customer service ever I have experienced. The installment team was very nice, however, when I called the company representative named Jordy about questions regarding invoice, I donâ t know what was going wrong with her day or something, she tried cut off everything I have tried said, talked down to me, and being extremely rude, she ended up just hung up the phone call saying â I am not here to argue with youâ . I am extremely disappointed with this company and I will highly NOT RECOMMEND doing project with them if you want to get proper customer service.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
