James, the salesman, did a quick but thorough analysis of our roof repair needs and made several outstanding recommendations that we agreed to: battens under the tiles (for insulation and fewer roof penetrations), inclusion of solar (tax credits help a lot with this), covering and reshaping of our front porch, and vents. All was installed professionally and well. Rooftech was responsive to our questions, although sometimes I was rather confused by the responses. They took much longer than they anticipated (2 months vs. 3 weeks), but it was worth the wait. Israel (head tech on our project, quite experienced) in particular was knowledgeable and made several useful recommendations (we took them all). In the end, they came in under estimate. I hope we never have to repair our roof again, but I can recommend this company to you.
