Roof Squad

He was hired to repair a leak in my house. He overcharged me by almost $2000 to fix the problem. The problem was not fixed. Water is still running into my house; I might need to hire someone else to fix the problem after he collected all this money from me. I called him two times and said he will fix the problem but the problem is still there. This makes me feel he does not know what he is doing.

I was impressed with their overall friendliness, compliance, and openness. They didn't hide anything from me, and were a joy to do business with.

if there is one thing I need to say about roof squad is that they are very fast, efficient and reliable they had no hesitation with the work and they got the job done as they said they would. very affordable and very friendly. Roof Squad was very friendly and professional with me. They explained very well what they were going to do to repair my slate roof, a job that very few roofers would do because most will not work with slate. Gino Mitchell brought extra men with him to get the job done as quickly and as well as possible since bad weather is coming. He promised to be available if any future problems arise with the slate roof. I would use him again and highly recommend his company.
