They were on time and priced fairly. My complaint is that a day after the work was completed it rained. The rain water from my gutters killed or severely damaged the plants at the end of the downspouts. It appears that roof was not rinsed well. Their response is that I should heavily water the plants for 2 to 3 weeks and call them back. We will see.

Bob G review is complete. Crap. In our contract, it states that you must water three days continuously after the job, Bob was too cheap to do that, and I was told that the roof was orange. And needed some tiles repaired when actually the roof was brown, I had previously bought orange tile repair glue, so after completing the job, I return the next day with the proper color and repaired 22 tiles for half the cost they normally do it for, he still had not watered! This is the driest it has been in our area for quite some time, apparently, Bob does not understand how the system works, and even after explaining it to him, I went above and beyond for him.

On time and thorough. Some of the cleaning solution made its way to the windows, he came right back out and took care of it. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Arrived on time. Did a great job. Roof looks great. Would use them again. My only concern is some of the plants are looking a bit iffy. Will see if they come back.

For competitive businesses out there, take note. This company thoroughly explains the process, addresses questions and concerns as they arise and most importantly, exceeds expectations. My landscaping was unharmed, and my roof looks brand new. As someone who appreciates prompt service, effective communication and astounding results, I wholeheartedly recommend Roofshark Roof and Exterior Cleaning. Make sure you have all the information before you hire. It will save you a headache.
