Write a ReviewThis company held up to their word and delivered 3 beautiful roofs. After it was done you could not tell they were here, perfectly clean
This company has not fulfilled the agreement for the work of this year.
RoofRx came for a drone inspection, and provided a written report in a few days, and held a zoom meeting to explain the report and discuss the issues with the roof and various options for the repair. The worker took photos after the repair, and a written report is provided the in a few days. I found an issue missed by the repair, and they sent the worker back to fix the missed issue with no additional charge.
I recommend their services. DRONES are used to give you complete access to your roof without climbing a ladder!!!! You have a complete scope of work & wonderful true pictures of damages discovered by their drone. IF YOU NEED ROOF REPAIR OR A NEW ROOF, THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO CALL *******8 stars
They did everything on time and at the price quoted Great communication I would use their service again
It has been a night mare. The man can and did a terrible job and charge me $750. I have call 5 different telephone numbers and got no help. So help me!!!! Kay Schoore
Greetings Kay, We have no record of servicing your home, we do have noted that we reached out to you several times to get you on the calendar for an inspection but were unsuccessful. You can reach us directly at (714) 441-8696 to schedule a complimentary inspection to figure out what was done by the company you chose to go with. Thank you kindly GoodRx.
This company and their services are Scams and Misrepresentation. They charge 3 times to going rate so it's above the $1000 of covered services. They tried to tell us it would be $1795.20 to seal a valley. I sent their PDF of the quote to 3 other roofing contractors they said $500-$600 for the exact same work. According to HomeAdvisor's 2018 estimates of what you should pay for a valley seal it's $ 0.50 to $3.00 a square foot. I asked them why they charge 3 times that amount. They have no answer. The warranty is supposed to be a $50 service fee and then they will fix up to 5 separate $1000 roofing issues. They are refusing to honor the warranty they have already sent over different information that what is on their website and from what another company sells for them. This company is just a scam!
This customer is referring to her Home Warranty coverage purchased through a National Home warranty company, which requires us to charge $75.00 per service fee, and does not cover pre-existing roof conditions found at our initial inspection. The Roof Rx Total Roof Warranty is comprehensive and has no out of pocket expense for maintenance items like repairing a valley, broken tiles, etc. and no service fees.
They were hands down one of the best contractors I have used!
Excellent service excellent service. Provided pictures before the job and pictures after the job was completed. They were very professional and had their ID badge on at all times.
It's a long story. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY! Short story is the repair was for my 83 year old mothers house. There was a leak in the "field" of her two story home. I called them to fix that. The "estimator" responded timely, and I met him at her house. As, I did not have a ladder I could not get up on the roof, and he would not let me use his ladder to do so. Viewing from the ground while he took pictures, he identified four more "trouble" spots, that had some dry rot damage. I agreed that the spots needed repair. His quote, that took two hours to prepare, probably due to him seeking football game tickets on his cell phone, was $4,500. He suggested a senior citizen discount, that brought the quote to $4200. My first thought was I should contact a complete roofing contractor and reroof the entire house, as the roof was 15 years old, but he quickly tried to convince me there was life left in this roof. Due to the rainy season, and my mom's house being 30 to 45 minutes away from my house, we opted to accept the repair. Annoyingly, Roof Rx, will not take a check, credit card only, which scared my mom. Also, they demanded a 10 per cent deposit, on the credit card. The estimator, said they required someone at the house the day they started the work, so I agreed to meet him there. Also, he said HE would be there to explain to the crew exactly what would be done. They scheduled with us for a week and a half later to do the work. There was one delay, of 1 day due to rain forecast for the day of the repair. This I understand, but wish they would have called me before I had left to drive her house, to cancel. The next day, I showed up at the agreed start time 8 am, there was no one there, so I called them, and was told they were picking up the materials. They DID NOT SHOW UNTIL 9:30 AM! The estimator was not there either, and he did not contact me again. Their vehicles were not company labeled nor were their employees identified with uniforms or badges. I left when they started, and explained my mother had mobility issues and for them to call me with any issues. That evening my Mom called me in a panic, that they had found something else, and I needed to be there the next morning. This prompted me to load up my ladder and drive over yet again. At least this time I was happy to note, they were there and working at 8 am. I talked to the lead man and he assured me there would be no "extra" charge, but, he did want to tell me about some other issues. This time having my own ladder I went onto the roof, and sadly, realized that due to the condition of the roof, SHOULD have just re-roofed the whole house! We will have to put a complete new roof on within the next five years! Now, the billing issues! The same day, they finished at 7:30 PM, the repairman, called me to say he was done. That night I got a corporate email saying the project was complete and that they would be billing the credit card. The next day I contacted my mom to let her know,
Our Mission is to prevent pre-mature re-roofing, for our clients and the environment. Extending the life of a roof is a broadly accepted option to expensive and pre-mature re-roofing. Our safety culture does not allow non-Roof Rx clients to use company issue equipment for safety reasons. We source needed materials in the morning for the job scheduled that day, and our team begins working at 7:00 Am, in most circumstances. Payment items noted above are industry standard and as follows. 10% down payment required, balance due upon completion, however, we do not charge credit cards without customer initiation of this through our systems.
