Chris made this process very easy, worked with Insurance people twice and was available when needed. Got the roof replacement done in 2 days as promised leaving no trash or issues behind. Great person to work with.

I was looking for an energy efficient roof replacement that would drain better (and not create a waterfall over my front door anymore), and through a conversation with Cole Faulkner was able to find an option to fit my budget. His detailed cost estimate helped me compare the value of Rodasâ work with other contractorâ s estimates, and Rodasâ status as a certified contractor for GAF and their warranty options made me feel secure in hiring them. Enrique Rodasâ roof demo and installation team provided an efficient quality roof installation. As a bonus, a neighbor who is a contractor had fun watching them replace my old sheathing with the new radiant barrier sheathing- a lot more work than just replacing the shingles. Iâ m looking forward to seeing how my cooling load changes next summer with this new system. Rodas Construction also took care of some exterior repairs that I had put off for too long. My wood fascia and soffit were in bad shape, and they covered them with metal coil trim and vinyl soffit. They replaced and painted selected areas of rotting siding and my chimney siding, and also replaced the door on my hot water heater room. New gutters with leaf guards and downspouts finished out the project, and the exterior repairs gave my house a crisper tailored look to go with my new roof. All in all, I am very happy with the work Rodas Construction performed on my house.

John Holt was recommended to me by a friend for a shingle replacement for the house. John helped me select shingle type and color and that was all I had to do. They know their stuff and really did an exceptional job. I went to work and by the time I returned, new roof and everything was cleaned up as if nothing happened. I would highly recommend John. Heâ  s honest with job requirements and cost. But get ready for compliments from the neighbors!!

Excellent Work!!! Rodas Construction did an incredible job installing my roof and repairing water damage in three of my rooms. Rodas Construction and specifically Cole Faulkner knocked it out of the park in re-roofing my house including new skylight installations and new gutter system.
