BAIT 'N SWITCH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, BULLY, THREATS LIENS/LAWSUITS! 1st time I hired Rocky he killed pine tree in back yard. Didnâ t tell me bark would fall off & tree would need to be cut down in time or it could fall & destroy everything in its path. 2nd time I hired him he trimmed pine trees in front yard. I was clear about removing branches moss & nuts, but he barely trimmed the trees, doing BAIT â N SWITCH tactic saying it would cost much more than heâ d quoted me. Also failed to clean up his mess, leaving branches lying all over the ground. I SHOULD HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON NEVER TO USE HIM AGAIN, AT THIS POINT AS IT ONLY GOT WORSE! 3rd time pine tree he killed needed to be removed. He caused trouble with my neighbors, as he NEVER NOTIFIED NEIGHBORS before going onto their side of property & then failed to remove his debris. He unbolted my Pergola & moved it along with an outdoor bed & side table, 4 yard fixtures & 2 lights to remove the dead pine tree. When job was done, he LIED TO MY FACE saying heâ d put everything back in place. Not one thing was put back! Turns out he lost the Pergola bolts, so put a couple screws in some of the holes so it wasnâ t even properly secured to bricks. A strong wind would take it sailing through the air! He also CAUSED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY damaging solar roof panels, bricks, & outdoor speaker. Water began running down the side of my home like it was raining outside from the damage he'd done to my solar panels, ripping them with one of the prawns! I couldnâ t even file a claim as heâ s NOT BONDED & INSURED! Next morning he TRESPASSED ONTO PROPERTY, HARASSING ME for payment regardless of the cost of damages he caused me which he could have cared less about, and THREATENED TO VANDALIZE the property by throwing the tree branches & debris back on my front lawn. He refused to agree to deducting amount of damages from bill, instead THREATENED TO SUE ME. THREATENED TO PUT LIEN ON PROPERTY. HE BULLYS AND PREYS ON SENIOR CITIZENS!
