Robert Thomas did excellent work on my front yard. He gets the work done for a very reasonable price, and he went above and beyond just getting the work done. He made certain that I was very satisfied. I highly recommend his services to anyone. I know I will be calling him soon to have other work done on my yard.

Unprofessional in all the manners.

The project turned out great! Last year we removed old Leland Cypress trees that lined our driveway. We needed that area graded, some remaining roots removed, good dirt put in, landscaping fabric laid, plants put in. Robert arrived when he said he would. He showed us some pictures and offered advice as to what would look good but with low maintenance. Robert gave us options and pricing on all the work including mulch vs. river rock. We went with river rock. He even had his crew place pansies around our mailbox area since we did not know what to put there. Robert is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about landscape design, plants, and trees. His crew arrived promptly and knew what they were doing. They even laid a tarp on the driveway for the debris. The crew planted 10 Tea Olive shrubs. The work Robert and his crew did has added value to our property. We would use Robert Thomas Designs for any future work we need to be done. Highly recommend this company.

Did a perfect job and below hes butget

Mr. Thomas was told what plants I did not want and while at work he placed what I did not want. He subcontracted the sprinkler system for the front yard only and placed sod front yard only. The man he subcontracted the sprinkler system to could not speak English and Robert did not know how to work it. To this day I have a hard time figuring it out. He refused to replace the plants he was expressly told NOT to plant. He, also, stated he would trim up the trees in the back yard. I, literally, after many calls, went to his current job site and stated to him that he better get over and do what he stated. At that point he did, however, I have a VERY small front yard and he charged me 12, 000 dollars for the work he did. I later had several different people state that I was overcharged. I asked for a written contract and he would not comply. This was my ignorance. He also wanted to date me, which was extremely unprofessional and not appreciated. I later found out that my friend who recommended him gave up on him. She and her husband got tired of calling him to take down a tree or so of which he promised to do. They were not overcharged as I was and it may be due to the fact that I was a single woman at that time. Me Thomas is very affable and I now believe that I was taken in because he was so nice. Get it in writing, get other quotes, as he may do a pretty good job for some, but he should have completed the job correctly without being tracked down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company

Robert and his team were very professional and thorough. All questions answered. Additional touches were done without additional charges. I had a lot of work done at a very fair price. Will use Robert when it's time for more landscapi,g work. Need sprinkler system.
