Only negative was the customer service in that I was not updated on status for a week and I was about ready to call someone else, but on the morning of the 8th day he called and said the compressor was in and he would be over shortly to complete job. He arrived about an hour later and did just that. This oversite is not a deal breaker and I would gladly hire Mr. Arcenaux again.
