We did not get the quality of work we were promised. I stayed home from work the week and a half to monitor the work. Daily I had to report areas missed, poor quality work and mistakes. We made them repaint areas, they had to be reminded several times to sand the kitchen cabinets before painting. Eduardo told us he also does construction projects and that he could install our new front door and sliding back door, he added $2000.00 to the contract for the installation of the doors. We have been trying to reach Eduardo for the past week to install the back door but he has not responded to our text messages. My husband began texting him since I was not getting any response. I have all the text messages if you need to see them. The final paint job was acceptable after multiple redos. I have found numerous places where they got paint on the furniture, drips of paint on the floor and wall. My biggest regret was paying them cash. We paid $7500 cash before they ever started the project and then the remaining $7500 when they finished the project. We were told 5 days for the job but it ended up taking 10 days total. Language was a bit of a problem, he and his team speak only Spanish but we used a translation app and used a family member who is bilingual.

They painted the outside of home also and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. I give them 5 stars for honesty, dependable, great job. Very good men.
