Quality material used for roofing project, sales didn't give heads up regarding who was actually installing it(Not River Valley). No one from River Valley on site during the job only the subcontractors. Had to call River Valley to ensure job was done to what they promised.

Unfortunately, after the job was done, we found that the rotted wood had not been cut out and replaced. They just put wood over it! Leaving a gap and a pretty long hole right through in our basement! We contacted Anthony and Gary. They said we will get back to you. Well, that was over two weeks ago. We had discrepancies in the contract and the work order that Gary had. We went forward as they said they will take care of it. NOPE!! The work that Gary did do other than leaving rotted wood there was ok. Beware!!!

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
